Lee Jia Ying

Jia Ying is a commercial and corporate litigator. She joined Messrs. Kelvin Seah in February 2026 after completing her pupillage at Messrs. Lee & Partners.

Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation. She has gained exposure to a variety of cases, including contractual disputes, tenancy and property-related disputes, debt recovery, construction-related dispute, corporate insolvency.

In addition to her main areas of focus, Jia Ying has acquired experience in divorce, probate and estate administration matters. She is also familiar with conveyancing and land-related matters, including sub-sale transactions, transfers of ownership and loan documentation.
