Kelvin Seah Khye Jie

Kelvin is a dispute resolution practitioner with extensive experience representing a diverse portfolio of clients across different jurisdictions. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, fraud and asset recovery.

Kelvin is known for delivering tailored solutions to intricate legal issues and for his ability in navigating the disputes. His experience including representing conglomerate, public listed companies and SME business-owners in resolving commercial disputes. He has acted for directors, shareholders, and boards in boardroom disputes, breach of duties and oppression actions. His expertise also extends to assisting clients with claims related to misappropriation of assets and pursuing urgent injunctions to protect their interests. He has also appeared as co-counsel for securities regulators in insider trading case and enforcement proceedings.

Kelvin’s meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset underpin his approach to every case, ensuring his clients are well-represented at every stage of dispute resolution. His international outlook is reflected in his work with Hong Kong-based corporations and Singaporean business, particularly on cross-border commercial litigation and fraudulent trading disputes. Through every engagement, Kelvin demonstrates a commitment to delivering practical and impactful solutions for his clients’ most challenging legal matters.

In addition to dispute resolution, Kelvin assists his clients with contract drafting and review, ensuring that agreements are clear, robust and tailored to their specific business needs.

In December 2025, Kelvin founded his own legal practice, Messrs. Kelvin Seah, and subsequently joined forces with Messrs. Chuar Kia Lin to establish ATLAS Group Law Practice.
